So I'm stuck on this third part - about the future of Library 2.0.
From the focus groups we conducted for the Customer Service Team, we heard that teens would like more online interactivity but we didn't hear much from adults about it, which was disappointing. Do patrons want us to do the work so the can just view what's there or would they like to be a part of the creation process? I think the future may fall somewhere in between.
